Wallets are interfaces to accounts and signatures
A wallet helps a person view public records and authorize selected actions. It is not the network itself, and it should never require a reader to publish a secret recovery phrase for ordinary education or support.

Separate the screen from the record
A wallet interface presents balances, accounts, network labels, and signing requests. The public record exists independently and may be viewed through another compatible tool.
- Check the selected network before reading a balance.
- Compare the full address, not only a shortened label.
- Read the requested action before signing.
- Keep recovery material offline and private.

Before signing a request
- Confirm the application domain and connection context.
- Read the complete message or transaction request.
- Check recipient, amount, account changes, and permissions.
- Pause when the request is unexpected or uses pressure.
- Keep a dated record of what you intended to authorize.
Never share: Tralum does not need a private key, password, seed phrase, or recovery phrase to answer a question about a public blockchain record.
Wallet questions
Is a wallet the same as an account?
No. A wallet manages keys and presents interfaces; accounts are public records interpreted by the network and programs.
Why can a balance look different?
Network selection, indexing time, token decimals, and interface settings can affect presentation.
