Advertising Policy
Updated 22 September 2026. Tralum keeps educational editorial coverage distinct from advertising and sponsorship.
1. Identification
Paid placements are labeled clearly so readers can distinguish them from articles, research notes, and news desk material.
2. Accuracy
Advertising must not make unsupported guarantees, investment promises, health claims, or misleading comparisons.
3. Review
Creative is reviewed for clarity, destination safety, and consistency with applicable platform policies before publication.
4. Separation
Advertisers do not control editorial conclusions, corrections, source selection, or the publication calendar.
5. Sensitive categories
We may decline advertisements involving regulated financial products, deceptive services, unsafe software, or claims that require professional verification.
6. Links
Sponsored links are not endorsements. Readers should review the destination’s terms, privacy notice, and jurisdiction before using it.
7. Data
Advertising measurement follows the choices and limits described in the Privacy and Cookie Policies.
8. Complaints
Report a misleading placement with its URL and a description through contact.php. We review complaints and may pause a placement.
9. Revision
This policy was reviewed on 22 September 2026 and may be updated when advertising practices or applicable rules change.

Advertisers may provide copy, destination URLs, audience information, and measurement instructions, but Tralum retains responsibility for deciding whether a placement is clear and appropriate for the publication. A sponsored label should be visible near the placement and should not be presented as an editorial headline or independent research conclusion.
We review wording for unsupported outcomes, unclear pricing, concealed conditions, impersonation, misleading interfaces, and destination behavior that conflicts with the reader’s reasonable expectations. A review is not a certification of a third party’s business, legal status, security, or continuing availability.
We do not accept creative that asks readers to provide private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents. Financial, technical, or other regulated claims may require additional evidence and may be declined when they cannot be explained accurately in the available space.
Advertising measurement may use optional analytics or conversion records only where the reader has made the relevant choice. Technical delivery logs may be retained for 90 days, contact and complaint records for 24 months after the last meaningful exchange, and aggregate reports for up to 26 months.
Complaints should include the placement URL, date, and a factual description through contact.php or +82-2-7215-4987. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within seven business days and normally provide a response within 30 days. Revision record: this policy was reviewed on 22 September 2026, with future material changes dated at the top.
Advertisers may provide copy, destination URLs, audience information, and measurement instructions, but Tralum decides whether a placement is clear, lawful to publish, and appropriate for an editorial environment. A sponsored label should appear close to the placement and should not resemble an independent article headline. Placement review does not certify a business, product, security practice, or legal status.
We review claims for evidence, material conditions, pricing clarity, destination behavior, impersonation, and misleading interface patterns. Claims involving regulated financial services, technical security, or other professional subjects may require substantiation that is current, specific, and suitable for the intended audience. Material that cannot be explained accurately may be declined.
